I felt extremely comfortable and at ease there. My reformer pilates class was great and the instructor, Yvonne ,was very warm and informative.
We just had our first visit and it was great! The studio is very clean and really beautiful. Great attention to detail was given when designing it. My boyfriend and I did a couple's red light therapy sauna and enjoyed it. The only suggestion I have is to maybe set up double benches so both people can lay down during the session. I really thought it was going to be difficult to stand the temperature, but surprisingly, it was much easier than a steam sauna. I liked it a lot! Tania was a great host as well and she's done a wonderful job with this location.

Sauna had same settings & preferences that I told the front desk that I like from past experiences. Sauna room is pre-heated and ready as soon as I walk into studio.

Convenient and casual. No appointment necessary. Walk in, talk to your chiropractor, get adjusted, and walk out after settling your bill. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great service.

Wonderful service! I really wish I had more time to visit the Perspire Barranca location often, but each time I go, I'm greeted with a warm smile. They always have my room prepared with my preferences, making everything so convenient. The place is spotless, and the staff's friendliness truly makes a difference. I truly appreciate all their effort to make sure customers feel valued and appreciated.
