A large range of classes on at multiple different times easy to use app staff are really helpful and friendly
Chelsea was very professional and explained everything extremely well. The facilities were very clean and it was a pleasure to have a private place to shower and enjoy the red light therapy simultaneously in the 40 minutes. I am going back today and looking forward to it.
Great classes and instructors, with focus on ”real” pilates and not any kind of work out on reformer. Beautiful studios.
The health benefits
Privacy and cleanliness
Personalized fitness.
Very welcoming and easy experience
The app for making appointments, the saunas, and towel service
The atmosphere is enlightening. The entertainment is integrated into the sauna system. The temperature of the sauna is adjustable. The bench is large, it’s polished wood and very sanitary. The facility is large having multiple private saunas.
I like that it’s diverse and every body seems welcome

I absolutely love this place....great staff, always friendly!!! ❤️ best place to relax and sweat out the day!
I liked the girl who checked me in, the cleanliness, the way I felt after the therapy.
It is very clean and the customer attendant was very informative and professional ,
The therapists discuss what's going on with you body and they answer questions in ways you can understand.
Everything!! Super clean, relaxing and flexible!
My experience at Discover Strength was fantastic. I was able to get in a tough workout (working out much harder than I would have done myself) in 30 minutes. The staff were nice and supportive, and tough when they needed to be. I'm excited to continue on and see the results.
Easy to schedule, friendly staff, clean facilities
Talented teachers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal goals. Personable staff. A fantastic, community & family friendly environment
The quality of care and attention to detail
Simple, easy to book and clean! And Mariana is fantastic! (:

Everything. Great place with great people! Thanks for a great experience always
Trainer (Melvin) is great, provides details and monitors form and progress carefully. There’s a lot of equipment in a small space and it’s kept clean and well maintained.
