I wish I could remember the Gentleman’s name, but he provided excellent service, offered me a tour and informed me about the new showers which I’m hoping to try soon since my regular location doesn’t offer the cold showers. Enjoyed my visit to this studio; the staff was extremely helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Studio was extremely clean and the hand towel with Eucalyptus was icing on the cake. That small touch really elevated the entire experience and left me feeling refreshed and taken care of. Highly Recommend!

Pool, steam room and spa facilities...all appear clean. Polite customer service as well. People are friendly.
I like everything about Beverly athletic Club. First of all the employees, there are super nice, super friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are wonderful. It's very clean and they have so much to do. Pickleball basketball, a beautiful pool, a special room for women to exercise a big exercise room with all kinds of equipment and so much more.
The location manager did assist with expired sessions without hassle when I came in which did help with my frustrations. After leaving and noticing I had lost even more than that, she called back with more solutions to recoup all lost visits, and made sure they were accommodating to my schedule.

Absolutely loved this new sauna spot! The place is beautiful and incredibly clean. I really enjoyed having my own private sauna room, plus access to a 40-degree cold shower — such an amazing experience.
The entire session was so relaxing. The soothing music creates the perfect atmosphere, and I loved being able to control the temperature of the room, making it warmer or cooler depending on how I felt.
The staff was super professional and welcoming. One of my favorite touches was the cool aromatic towel they provide to help you cool down — such a refreshing detail!
That night I slept so well, and my skin felt amazing the next day. I also loved the red-light therapy — it really elevated the whole experience.
Highly recommend checking this place out!
The showers. Having access to a private shower is key to my coming to the Sauna. One example is when I'm downtown I usually pop into the Co-Op afterwards and I wouldn't do that if I didn't have the option to wash after a session before going into a public store.

the staff goes out of their way to ensure your visit and experience is great. they make changes in anything you want in seconds. are very helpful in assisting you with whatever goals you have and modifying whatever they can to ensure you are 100% happy with your experience. and they seem to truly care about you as an individual and you becoming the best you. which is pretty cool.
The atmosphere is welcoming and safe even for beginners, very professional and friendly instructors and love the smaller group sizes.

I like the option to do virtual classes when I'm away or can't make it to the studio. I miss Elizabeth as an instructor and wish she would come back, but the other instructors are also very good.
I've been a patient of Dr. Klimenko's for several years. She is a compassionate and caring physician who is supportive and genuinely interested in her patients. She takes the time to talk with you and answer your questions. Dr. Klimenko is the best! She, also, has an outstanding staff .o They also are kind and caring.
