The studio is about yoga and community and that comes through clearly. Today's class was exceptional; well cued, great spiritual instruction, connection to the breath, options for increase and decrease of challenge, calm voice and demeanour. Fantastic.

I took my 3-year-old son for a trial dance class at La Vida Dance, and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the teacher was excellent. Our son absolutely loved the class and had so much fun that we immediately enrolled him.
