Very clean place, loved the eucalyptus tower.
Clean, modern equipment and rooms. Good amount of privacy to truly unwind and relax. Straightforward process of getting appointment and using the services, no complications or waiting, very much looking forward to being able to book on the app, pop into my designated sauna and relax without having to wait or go through set up or other similar friction points.

I was so impressed with how clean the sauna’s were, how spacious there were and how lovely of an experience it was. It was my 1st time ever trying sauna and we are hooked. The cucumber towel at the end was a dream
The yoga teachers are very good. I particularly like Shane's class. He explains everything so well and his classes are very enjoyable.
How you encourage students to participate and involve in music
As a member, everything is set up according to your specifications. The temperature, media preference and lighting is already set up prior to your arrival. The facility is clean and modern and best of all it's private. I also appreciate the refreshing Eucalyptus towel provided to freshen up at the end. Overall, a very pleasant wellness experience.

Improvements - consistency of communication and application by staff of how much time in the suite that is allowed can be challenging. Is it 40 min plus 10 min to get dried and dressed or is it just 40 min? Some staff say you get an hour all in and some staff say 40 min don’t is hard to enjoy the time.
