The sauna is rejuvenating and the environment is very conducive to relaxation. The staff is friendly and attentive to setting up the individual sauna in advance of each visit.
Mitch is the best! Always challenging classes but never the same moves. Wish other instructors would offer other moves rather than doing the same lunges and hamstring moves every class.
