We love coach Kristie and coach Kyle. They have been absolutely amazing with our daughter over the years, giving her real swimming skills. We also love the new additions to swim labs that make it feel more like a community. Such as the coloring contests and holiday decorations.

instructor is great, i like the separate pools. While I'm confident the facility is clean, it could use some powerwashing and new paint around the pools

Comfortable environment
I love my swimming instructor, she’s awesome. She pushes me to improve my stroke every time! I love the way the set up is with the infinity pool because I can swim in place, I feel the work out. The best experience I’ve had in a pool and I highly recommend SwimLabs.

The staff is friendly and my son’s instructor (Mireya) is awesome and very good with him. He’s learned to become more comfortable with water.
I love swim labs and my son’s coach is excellent. I would only request for a better way to communicate if we have to cancel or reschedule a class.

We took advantage of the semi-private program taking advantage of getting both our kids lessons at the same time. Instructors are great, facility is great and above all our kids are improving their skills and gaining confidence in the water.

Instructors are friendly and patient. They make you feel comfortable regardless of your ability level.
Our son has some sensory challenges and we were lucky enough to have Marisa as our instructor. She immediately met him on his level and picked up on what he needed (and didn’t need) right away. She did not force him or push him to do anything he wasn’t ready for but instead she encouraged him and gave him space to get comfortable with the water and within a few months, he loves the pool and has moved up in his class to the next level! We also now have Marisa for our other son and her patience is incredible as he gets aquatinted with the water for the first time (he’s one). The staff is also always so welcoming and answers emails quickly and thoroughly. We have had an incredible experience!
I've seen my daughter Camila Hernandez progress since day one August. I truly like how Christie teaches for winter program I will definitely request her to continue to teach my daughter. The entire staff are amazing. 👍👍
I am overall very pleased. My child loves coming to class. I appreciate the instruction very much. My only dislike is the amount of time some instructors allow the children to remain under water before retrieving them, swallowing water as they try to get a breath.
