The staff have been nothing but kind. Makayla is always personable and is ready and willing to answer any questions any time. My five year old started to actually get the hang of swimming near the end of her summer lessons in 2025 which was super exciting! The location is close to home for me which is a huge bonus. All the details in the app and the ease of scheduling makeups and the flexibility to cancel a class when needed are nice too.

Coach Hassan is the best- he is so patient with the kids! My son looks forward to class each week. I’m extremely impressed with how he built trust with my son so quickly.
Since 2023, I've been taking my daughter there. After every class, she looks forward to the next one. So glad that I found that school.
My daughter loves it there! She has so much fun while learning very valuable swim skills. The classes are convenient, the facility is nice, and the staff are great.
My son has made such incredible progress since we started at AquaTots! He looks forward to lessons every week and even asks for “extra swim” — I see his confidence growing as well as a love for swimming. Every time we walk in, he is greeted by name and I can see how much that seemingly small but not small at all gesture means to him. We cannot recommend AquaTots enough not only for the fantastic swim instruction but also for the welcoming community they have created.
We were at another year round swim school before this and I have seen faster progress in my child at AquaTots.

We appreciate how patient the instructor is with our 2.5 year old who is not super comfortable in the water! We love having the application and being able to reschedule classes as needed for trips and illnesses.

The instructors have been amazing! They all have been so kind and patient and actually seem to be enthusiastic and to care about their job. My daughter was afraid of putting her head under water and now she is excited and WANTS to do it! Her confidence has grown SO much in such a short amount of time and it's been fun to see. I also appreciate the updates at the end of class. It's nice to be kept in the loop and I'm sure it helps boost my daughter's confidence. Oh, and the app has been super convenient and easy to use!
The team is amazing! From our very first phone call, everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, understanding, patient, and joyful. The coaches have all (and I truly mean ALL) had a positive impact on each of my three kids currently enrolled.
1. Thông báo về lịch nghỉ lễ tết không được gửi cho phụ huynh, khi phụ huynh chủ động hỏi mới thấy các cô nhắn.
2. Đôi khi con được sắp xếp bơi với các em ở level thấp hơn làm tiến độ bơi của con bị chậm lại. Có một số kỹ năng con làm chưa tốt như bơi ngửa thì không thấy các thầy cô hướng dẫn con nhiều. Một số kỹ năng khác con đã làm khá tốt thì mẹ thấy các thầy dạy nhiều quá. Thành ra cái con kém thì mãi chưa thấy cải thiện thêm. Mong các thầy cô chú ý hơn ạ.
