Cleanliness, coaches are gentle, low teacher students ratio
I see the effort the entire team puts in from the moment we step into the swim school. Every one is smiling and making sure to greet the young swimmers and their families. The instructors are so well mannered and alway provide the lessons not just with passion , but with love to the young kids. I specially want to mention how great my son's coach (Xander) has been. He is a lovely young man who always keep his calm while teaching and provides individual attention to each kid. He takes special care in providing a great and encouraging feed back to the parents after each class. I would recommend both Aqua tots Orleans and Coach Xander to anyone who is looking to enroll kids for swimming lessons

Excellent attention of a place, a place place, of once, - once, of a once, of the teachers are very respectful, but if I wanted to state that in recent days there has been an smell of urine, I know that this is not your fault, but if sending messages to all attendees that the changing side is not to relieve themselves, that is why the facilities have bathrooms available. Thank you so much
Class size and instructor training
I love this swim school and it is the best and my son likes it too.
The staff and coaches are always friendly, supportive and professional. They great as many of the kids by name as they come in to get ready for class and the coaches make a point to learn the differences between each kid in their class to help them more.
Instructors are amazing! Kids are gaining confidence and skills that give me peace of mind.
The management and coaches are incredible with the students. My girls have received so much love and care during their journey so far. They were terrified of the water, but due to the coaches comfort, they now love it!

The staff is nice and the school is very clean and beautiful.
Really have enjoyed the small classes with a great instructor at the Dundas Street East location.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and relaxed for the 9:30 classes and it's never too busy which has been great during the weeks.
My daughter has already progressed a lot in just a few sessions. Sad to see her original coach leave. We did not care for Brooklyn at this last session
We’ve had an excellent experience with this swim school! The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and care about each child’s progress. They create a fun, safe, and encouraging space that has helped build both swimming skills and confidence. The staff is always friendly, organized, and accommodating.
They have worked very hard to help accommodate our request to have our three children scheduled at about the same time and day. Also, they usually allow us to schedule back-to-back classes on a weekly basis
