Everyone was extremely nice, the place was clean and the water was clear. I have recommended friends to join. I am much older person and I was nervous about being around the younger ones. However, they had an area with a private pool called the tank which I was excited about and comfortable.
We love this place! Cris has been amazing with Emma. Jen is an amazing manager. Place is always clean and very welcoming.

Instructors are fun and patient with my daughter who is in beginner 1. They push her but also help her be brave. She is already so much more comfortable in the water than she used to be!
Gretchen is hands down amazing. Our autistic son took four swim lessons over the summer from someone who claimed to be a highly skilled swim coach that worked with special needs children regularly. It was quickly evident she was not going to make any progress with our son and honestly, I wouldn’t trust her with my children after interacting with her. When we found SafeSplash and Gretchen, I could instantly tell it would be an amazing fit. The staff is amazing there and so supportive. After two swim lessons with Gretchen, our son met his TWO MONTH GOAL she had set for him, which was to wear goggles, hold his breath, and go under water. He has never done this, refused to wear goggles, and would never hold his breath or close his mouth. During his second lesson, he did all of those things with excitement and eargerness as if he’d been doing it his whole life. Two lessons in and we are 100% sure we made the right decision by joining SafeSplash

I love how with little swimmers the classes are not too strict and there is space to do a bit solo swimming while still there is routine and repetitions. Also we love all the employees <3 but special Caleb.
The Coaches are great. Very patient with my neuro spicey kid. Has learned so much in a short time. The Managers are great as well. Know every kid by name. Help parents with their concerns.

The instructors are very professional. I learned so much in short time. I would recommend my family and friends. The best part is that they have classes for adults and kids.
My child looks forward to lessons every week! The format and proximity to our swimmer is wonderful compared to other options in SF. All teachers that we’ve experienced have been lovely to communicate with and our kiddo has enjoyed each of them.

My daughter absolutely loves her swimming class with Miss Melody. She is so patient, kind and makes every lesson fun and engaging. It's amazing to see how much confidence my daughter has gained in the water in such a short time. We're so happy we joined her class and highly recommend it!

The instructors and front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful. My son loves coming to swimming lessons and his swim skills have improved tremendously!
Jimmy is outstanding! I love his old school technique of teaching. He knows how to be firm but also gentle at the same time. He uses techniques that are very similar to the way my dad taught me to swim. He is all about safety but still wants the kids to have fun and celebrates their victories.
I also appreciate the ease of it all. The way the school itself works. It’s an easy check in process, easy to let them know when you will miss, and easy to make up those classes.
Cost is decent. We do pay for private lessons because my son needs that constant attention and also gives him more swimming time. So it’s a bit pricey but with all the other factors I’ve mentioned above I do think it’s worth it for now.
Everyone that works at Safe Splash is super friendly and helpful. Our child's instructor, Mr. Reed, is great with his students. He is knowledgeable, fun and kind. He makes sure to meet our child where they are (skill wise) and continues to build more skills. This has not only build our child's confidence, but ours as well. THANK YOU, MR. REED!
