Lessson are planned. The group classes are small. The instructors know what skills my children are working on. I like knowing the specific differences between each level. I like being able to see online the skills that my children have mastered. All of the instructors that we have had so far have been great.
One instructor listened to one of my concerns and she remembered and followed up with me the following week. As a parent I appreciate the structure and organization and my boys enjoy going to class.
The facility is great, the staff is welcoming, and the entire operation is incredibly organized and well-structured. Felipe is the BEST! He has such a great rapport with my little swimmer and knows how to connect with her while still providing excellent instruction. He’s definitely giving her the focused, technical instruction that’s been missing at HSA.
My daughter absolutely adores her instructor Abby! The pool is great, very clean and the lessons are going well.

We love the instructor (Natily) and how she interacts with our toddler. She is very confident and friendly and great with kids. We love the activities and the fact that the class is very structured and it seems like there are some new things each week. We have only gone twice, but seen huge progress in our toddler's confidence and comfort in the water in just two weeks. We can tell he is already learning life-saving skills. We hope to continue lessons until he is comfortable swimming in the water on his own!

Great coaches, front desk staff is always friendly and super helpful, appreciate the flexibility with rescheduling as needed! A little disappointed with frequent subs lately, as my son does better with a coach he knows and trusts, but I understand things happen!
