I like how they have an open swim and there was enough room for everyone to swim and have a nice time. The pool is nice and warm too, also very clean! I do wish they had showers to actually wash in and the boys and girls changing rooms were separate. I love the dryer for swim suits when you are done, that’s very handy! And the waiting area is nice for kids and parents.
It’s extremely clean and well kept.
I do wish the class was at least 45 mins vs 30 mins since the other schools I have been too or swim classes are an hour long and cheaper.
All in all I am happy. Just few minor things but nothing that would scare us off but the changing room situation for some might with the current clientele we have nowadays.
The teachers are so great with the students.
I like that there is flexible scheduling for working moms. I also love that the instructors are attentive, kind, and patient. We have done swim lessons in the past and they didn’t help my daughter grow in her skills but after just 3 lessons at safe splash I can see her confidence growing already.

Josh the instructor is very skilled in teaching the swimming technics. He thought me how to breath properly so I can swim safely.
Clean pool, clear instructions to kids and parents. Coach Phoenix is my kid's swim instructor. He likes the way she teaches. Also, Coach Emily is good and he gets to take her sessions during makeups. Both are good.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. My son really enjoyed his first class and we're looking forward to coming back each week.

We love how kind and accommodating all the staff is! We love how my daughter’s instructor, Arelynda is very patient. I like the fact that that they allow the children to play with toys but doesn’t make the entire time about playing. They help teach the kids patience and waiting while building necessary skills to swim.
My son is going for swimming class last 2 years in the bellevue location. Great coaches are there.. Training the kids very patiently. My son learning a lot from the instructor . Am happy for their service.

We love SafeSplash so much! We started lessons 4 years ago to help my daughter learn the basics and be water-safe, but we have enjoyed the classes so much that she has continued through the advanced level. She is a 1st grader and can do all 4 strokes, flip and open turns, and tread water for 2 minutes! I love the fun instructors and that in 30-minutes a week she has learned so much. Now that she is advanced in each class she's swimming at least 10 laps of the pool and it is great and fun exercise!

We’ve had a wonderful experience in the adaptive swim program with Mrs. Kristy. She is incredibly patient with my son. He looks forward to his class every week and loves going! I’m also seeing him make a lot of progress in his swimming and feel a lot better taking him to pools and other bodies of water.
My daughter has a lot of sensory issues with water, so her learning to swim has been a long journey. She's done beginner level 1 safety training swim at four different locations. It wasn't until SafeSplash that she not only moved up from beginner 1, she's now in beginner 3! The instructors are very patient and recognize the need for each child. They will let you knkw if your child is at the right level, should go down a level, or if your child is ready to move up. We are so fortunate to have these lessons so close to home!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My son has a great experience with his swim instructor who was attentive and fun. Very pleased overall with our experience.
The instructors, the staff and the owners are good. Always available to answer questions and open for feedback. Kids enjoy there.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Their dressing room is super clean and up kept. We did the free trial and signed up right after. The instructor was amazing with our son and we loved how she interacted with him. He was extremely comfortable and that made us so excited to continue with classes.
