I love how easy it is to book classes and makeup classes on the app or via phone. There is always someone very helpful that answers the phone very quickly and is knowledgeable and ready to help. The swim coaches are professional and we have seen great improvement in our kids' swimming skills over the weeks.

The kids loved their first lesson. They lived the warm pool and their instructor. Adela couldn't stop talking about how they got to do cannonballs. The area for parents is nice and clean and the people who work there are very kind and answered all my questions and chatted with me for a bit. The changing rooms are clean too.
The staff and swimming program are excellent. They consistently follow a structured curriculum, ensuring every child learns the same core skills regardless of the instructor. The pool is spotless, and the entire facility is well maintained. The team is always ready to help and attentive to any needs you may have.

Our boy’s instructor, Morgan, is over the top the best coach we have had for him across two swim schools. He has not only dramatically increased his swimming skills but the way she interacts with him has helped bring him out of his shy shell a bit more.

The instructors are so friendly
The setup of the facility is perfect for observation, lessons, and changing. The cleanliness of the restrooms and changing rooms was particularly impressive. Most importantly, every staff member was attentive and seemed to be well-trained and to genuinely care about what they do. my daughter wasn’t super-excited when I first told her that she was starting lessons and is now looking forward to going back and improving her skills before summer swim season. I’m so glad that we found this place.

Instructors are great, my children have made great progress, structured lessons that have helped them move through the levels.
My favorite part of the swim experience are the instructor, Coach Sarah and the location manager, Ariel. They provide positive energy with their expertise and I've seen my kids make tremendous progress while having fun. I also appreciate Ariel checking in with me, the parent, to find out about any concerns and questions that I may have. It's clear to me that Sarah and Ariel care about my kids' swim progress and experience.

We had been doing swim lessons for 2 years somewhere else and I saw more improvement in 4 lessons then I did over the whole 2 years. Love this place!
This place of business is absolutely amazing. I'm 58 years old and terrified of the water. Mike made me feel comfortable from the time I walked through the door. It was only my first class, but it will only get better with him as my instructor.
We cannot say enough good things about Gretchen at Safe Splash Swim School. She has been absolutely incredible with our son, Maverick, who is autistic and just turned five.
When Maverick first started swim lessons, he wouldn’t close his mouth going underwater, refused to wear goggles, and had no fight-or-flight response in the water. Swimming felt overwhelming for him. After several months with Gretchen, the progress has been nothing short of amazing. He now wears goggles for his entire lesson, loves going underwater to retrieve objects, jumps into the pool confidently, and is very close to fully catching on to swimming.
What truly sets Gretchen apart is her dedication to Maverick as an individual. She has consistently done her own research, adapted her teaching style, and found ways to meet Maverick where he is, rather than expecting him to adapt to a rigid system. She makes lessons fun, safe, and empowering, which has made all the difference for him.
We also have to highlight Adaira, who is absolutely amazing. She is so supportive with kids when they’re getting impatient or gearing up for swim class. She helps Maverick walk back, get his goggles on, and feel ready for Gretchen. While waiting, she’ll play games with him in the lobby, and she always makes a point to say hi and goodbye to Maverick and his little sister (who isn’t even enrolled) by name. She often comes to watch part of his lesson and checks in with us afterwards…she genuinely cares.
Between Gretchen and Adaira, they are truly the reason we are here. Watching Maverick gain confidence and joy in the water has meant everything to our family, and we are so grateful for the patience, compassion, and heart they both bring every single week. If you’re looking for a swim program with people who truly see and support your child, this is it.
All of the swimming instructors and staff are very welcoming. They engage very well with the kids and make my daughter feel very comfortable. Miguel is a very great teacher and has helped my daughter not only swim better but has made her feel comfortable with learning a new skill inside and outside of swimming class. Highly recommended swimming school.
