The swim instructors are both knowledgeable and so patient and good with kids. Even the other support staff are kind and welcoming and know how to work with kids and encourage them. My daughter tends to struggle in new situations and wasn’t comfortable in the water at all to start. We did a camp because I honestly didn’t think it’d go well and didn’t want to commit to a month of classes. 6 months later and she LOVES swimming. She’s made so much progress and it’s her favorite part of her week. That is hands down due to her wonderful instructor who just seemed to “get” her from the beginning. She works so well with her, is fun and encouraging, and so patient. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

My child started swim lessons when he was 2, and now at 4, it’s amazing to see how far he has come. I really appreciate the coaching, consistency, and patience the instructors show. He is not only comfortable and safe in the water but is also leaning the proper skills and techniques that continue to build his confidence and safety in and around water.
My daughter was scared of water before starting class with Splish splash! She loves being in the water!
Ms. Raleigh is an amazing teacher and has soooo much patience! Evie has gone from having zero skills to becoming a proficient swimmer and no longer needs floaties when swimming which I am so happy about! Ms. Raleigh is the best!

Great coaches! Just one ask - when sending emails about class substitute coaches, can you put the class level in the email? I have two kids at different levels and I’m not sure what class it’s for when I get the email. It would help me better prepare my kids if I knew who’s class was going to be different.
With my first encounter with Coach Liz, she has made a good impression being the new manager of the hayward location. I like how responsive she is with our sons concerns.

We love having a consistent instructor. Same faces, that know your kid and are ready to teach them. Watching you can easily see how gentle their approach is with beginners. Clean space as well.
