Very nice, clean, non-chaotic facility. Coach Farin (spelling?) is very good and patient with the kids. Manager Liz is amazing, as always. We normally go to the Milpitas location but followed her all the way to Hayward because we didn't want to lose her!

My kids have worked with a bunch of instructors in our time with safe splash and swim labs. We have had very positive experiences with all staff, but Marissa is the true All-Star. She has been working with my kids for over a year. My kids have made more progress in the pools than I have ever expected. She’s kind, patient but also firm. Which is exactly what my kids need. Emmet’s progress in swim is mind blowing. He’s gained strength, new skills, and confidence. Marissa knows exactly when he needs to be pushed and when he needs some TLC. Couldn’t recommend more.
The instructors are so friendly, welcoming and encouraging. They have patience and the knowledge with hiw to balance pushing kids to try something new and when to let them stick with their comfort skills. Highly recommend!

Teachers are wonderful and class sizes are great! Everyone seems to really care about my kid and they meet them where they are and work to help them see real improvement in a short amount of time.
It is clear that the instructors care about their students wellbeing and that they are comfortable in the pool! It was a joy to see.
The beginner kiddos are learning how to floa, get to the side and get out. The intermediate level is focusing on actual swim strokes for proper technique.

Safe Splash has a bunch of class options, be it times or dates. I love that they're adding free swim on Saturdays!
The pool is indoor and heated so kiddos can attend classes year round.
Happy to say kid been training since 2017 and learnt well. This prepared him for Scout merit badge
