The facilities were clean. The instructor and director were professional and knowledgeable. My son truly enjoyed himself. It was a great first day of swim lessons.
Adrienne's personal touch with the parents is so refreshing. He sets the tone. However, not a fan of the call center and also the theatre seating really needs to be replaced. The seats are falling a part. The coaches seem to be pretty good.

The teachers are great! I have 3 kids ages 5-12. They are each very different in how comfortable they are in the water and in how they best learn. The teachers have been patient and kind with each of them and they are all learning to swim.
We love the staff and the teaching methods.
I was able to easily schedule and reschedule lessons. The facility is clean and the staff is help full.
All staff is so welcoming, accommodating with families, patient educators. I feel all my kids are safe and are advancing so much in their swimming skills. I would absolutely recommend SafeSplash

Everyone is very nice and welcoming. My daughter really enjoys swimming class and has learned so much so far in so little time!
The location is very convenient to us and we've had a great experience with both of the main coaches our daughter has been assigned to (I believe they're McKenzie and Zach). They're attentive and have really helped her progress in her swimming skills. I would love for the coaches to share every couple of practices (maybe once a month) what the goals are for that month so we can continue measuring progress.

My daughter loves her instructor, McKayla. She is very patient with all of the kids and my daughter is overcoming her water fears. I have great confidence my daughter will be like a fish after her lessons are done.
Coach Bella is the best. She is so kind and patient with our son. He had some traumatic experience with another swim school and instructor who tried to force him to do things he was scared of. Bella has build back his confidence and comfort
