What do you like about our programs and activities?

I stick to yoga, the weight room sauna and track...so I don’t participate in other programs but overall I think Kim is AMAZING! The quality of our equipment continues to be good and the gym standard has increased since Kim has arrived. I love that the Y Is not intimidating, not over-crowded like One Life, is family-oriented and I love the overall mission of the Y.

Love the Y and the Senior Legends Lounge at Forsyth. Great water aerobics classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I appreciate the number of wellness programs available at the Y enabling my wife and myself to stay healthier. There are great instructors at the Forsyth Y all striving to keep the members Healthy and Strong. This Y offers programs and amenities for all age groups.

I love the Aerobics for Parkinson’s patients. Lynn is wonderful, and knows each of us so well. She is generosity and kindness exemplified.

we're in the Parkinsons exercise and the Parkinsons cycling classes and enjoy both. Everyone can work at their own level and the ability to socialize with others is very important.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the variety of classes offered and the instructors. Would love to have a new sound system for the 6 am gym workouts. The instructors range from the speaker is usually limited and sometimes interrupts the flow of the work.

Love the monthly fitness challenges.

Staff are always so friendly as are the cleaning crew.

Suggestions: Order a few more sets of black dumbbells with metal handles in 15-20lb size. The solid metal ones are old and wiggly.

Would also love to see a squat machine - not the barbell one but the one that has shoulder pads.

And possibly put cubicles around certain machines like the abductor/adductor leg machine - it’s awkward to use and many male members will stare while females use the machine.

I use the pool every morning. I have autoimmune issues which cause joint pain. The pool is a lifesaver for me!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

They upcoming programs are communicated very well. I personally love the kids activities like Swim meet, Spark activities, and the little kids day care. The teachers are nice and very knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and programs cater to all age groups. The instructors are well qualified, credible and most of them have various certifications.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like everything about the YMCA and how it has improved since Kim became the new manager.
Kendel and Margaret are on top of their game and fun to be around while firming up in water aerobics. The people at the front desk are all welcoming and helpful. Larry and his helpers
honor the seniors with a delightful luncheon every month. I've never heard of any other exercise facility doing this. This Vickery Village company values the community and we need to support the YMCA every way we can including putting them in wills!!!

Love the friendly staff.
Love that it's family oriented.
Love all of the kid camps/activities.
I love working out and knowing that my kids are in a fun environment.
Parents night is the best! My kids always look forward to that event.

The instructor Carie is wonderful to meet your needs. Y’all provide a variety if classes and I like that they have programs for seniors.
