I like it that there is plenty of cardio equipment so I don't have to wait for a machine.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We make use of the Wellness Center and the studio for the Parkinson’s class. These enable us to maintain physical fitness and that is important at our age. When I was rehabbing my hip I found the pool to be a very effective form of therapy. Staff is genial and helpful too. There is also an opportunity to socialize with others adding to ones well being.

I love that the activities are family friendly. The volunteers are kind and welcoming. I also enjoy the fitness programs and monthly challenges.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use the YMCA instead of an alternative facility because I feel like they are part of the community and not just holding down space as a business. They are here to give, not to take. Y programs offer a lot of variety as well as a lot of encouragement. It really is a family YMCA.

We have only used exercise equipment so far. There is a wide range of equipment and lots of the cardio equipment

I like that there is a good variety of classes for adults. It’s a bonus that there are classes for kids too. Everyone is very friendly & helpful. It’s a great environment.
