Classes to meet every need
Lots of variety including acquatics, can do as much or as little as you feel up to doing, important when dealing with chroniic conditions.
I really don't utilize the classes anymore but there are alot avail for members that enjoy the classes. It would be nice if they offered some intermediate/advanced classes . Kettlebell class would be great!
I was very happy with the pool for lap swimming and sitting in the sauna afterwards. It is like a little slice of heaven for me each week.

My daughter has had a wonderful experience in this summer program. The activities are engaging, educational, and well organized. She enjoys participating every day and has learned a lot while having fun. The staff is caring and supportive, creating a positive environment for the children. I highly recommend this program to other families.
Variety of classes every day
I love the variety of classes! They are challenging but the teachers are very encouraging and willing to help. The kids play area is excellent too! My children look forward to going and playing with the teachers. They have all been so kind!

I haven't taken advantage of any of the programs yet. I go to exercise alone. I always find the Forsyth YMCA welcoming and clean.
I love the variety of classes, quality of the instructors and feeling well accepted even when I am new to the Y. I am at the beginning of my wellness exercise journey and the Y is perfect for me.
I love the Y and the people, I love the wellness center and using the weights and the equipment. I really enjoy the swimming pool and swim laps a couple times a week. My only complaint is I wish the Y would enforce the shower before you enter the pool much more strictly. It’s barely written anywhere, and people go into the pool, wearing perfumes and colognes, especially during water aerobics, and you can taste, smell, and feel the scent.
There is something for every age group. All instructors make you feel welcome regardless of ability

Parkinson’s program for my husband. Plus. I like to attend Movement classes with him. Staff are always so friendly and helpful.
I love the Friday morning step class and the Monday morning total burn class.
