I principally participant in The Parkinson’s movement class. I think Lynn does a great job with leading, inspiring and teaching us the importance of exercise in dealing with PD and aging. I also take the Monday meditation class led by Pasquale who does an excellent job as well.
Forsyth County YMCA is a great place. The greeting you get walking in, your workout experience and the people you meet there are second to none. The instructors are knowledgeable and personable. It’s a perfect place for all ages. The programs they offer include every age group. Forsyth County YMCA is the best!
There are excellent programs for all ages.
Numerous activities for adults and children of all ages, educational, arts and crafts,
camping, althletic programs according to age. The Legend Lounge accomadates
a lending library for adults, card tables for games, bridge to Mahjong.
A coffee room for visiting with friends and/or watching television.
State of the art exercise machines, with trained physical therapist.
Indoor swimming pool for aquatic exercise for all ages, swim meets, all with life gaurds,
a sauna room and hot tub.
Monthly lunches for Men and Women groups.
Very clean facility and well kept.
Friendly personal always with a warm greeting to welcome each and every person.
It is a wonderful Community Center.

Great variety.
Something for the whole family.
I like the free fitness classes. It allowed me to explore and find the classes I really like. I go to 5-7 classes a week and I have gotten to know people through them. I've also lost 25 pounds!
I like everything! My grandchildren love to go with me to the pool. When I don’t have grandkids, I work out on a couple of the machines to strengthen my knees. I like the once a month Sr. Luncheon. The trip to the Atlanta History Center was great. I took two of my grandchildren to the outdoors event at Denmark High. They loved it. One of my grandchildren is signed up to go to camp in June. I tell everyone, the YMCA is the best program I spend money on each month. Thank you for all you do!

That everyone who works for the YMCA is very friendly and helpful! It’s always super clean! And just all around a nice place to work out.

Hot yoga is amazing!! Kelly, Rita, Erin and the other instructors are so awesome!
The classes and instructors at the Y are the best. Jeri Sue is fabulous....love her energy. I'm sorry I can't think of everyone's name, but I've rarely had an instructor I didn't thoroughly enjoy! My mom goes as well and can't say enough good things about water aerobics and all the extra activities for the seniors.

I love the Wellness Coach program. It keeps me motivated.
The pool for lap swimming is my main use right now. Place is kept clean. Staff is friendly. Have enjoyed classes in past, especially yoga.

The wellness centre and the coaches involved with the varity programs and activities.The Y is a Mecca for children of all ages.
I like the class structure and variety. I would love to see a boot camp style class Saturday morning too.
I take advantage of the group exercise classes. I appreciate the great variety available to us. And the instructors are very good. Carrie is the best! :)
