I wish there were more programs that fit my schedule. I'd like to see additional pound classes on Thursday through Sunday. I'd like cardio strength on Thursday through Sunday.
I was disappointed that my coach approach initial meeting was cancelled without telling me. I showed up but my person was on vacation. He has not reached out to me at all.

The instructors for the classes are very approachable. I wish you would schedule a pickle ball class for people that work, either in the evening or weekends.

I can use the treadmill any time the building is open. I have asked for help with treadmill and other machines and received what I needed to continue my workout.
They have a variety of activities to choose from. I mainly use upstairs in the wellness area

Terrific, extremely competent staff.
Only suggestion is to rework the pool lane reservation system. We all want the opportunity to lap-swim "solo."

Staff are friendly. There are very good instructors, such as Jen, Julia, and Alekz.
I love the Decatur Family Y. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and create a welcoming environment. The members are diverse and friendly. The Decatur Family Y's work in the community is outstanding. I wish the Metro Y would take a longer term view when it comes to maintenance of the Decatur Family Y branch. For example, the "bandaid" approach to fixing the skylight during the past few months has not worked. Instead, it has resulted in significant damage to the gymnasium and disrupted the gym programs, including the popular youth basketball program. I imagine the costs to repair the gymnasium will dwarf the amount it would have cost to properly fix the leaky roof in the first place.
