The Y is a great place to find community in health and wellness. The Yoga classes are my favorite to date but I am a new member! Highly recommend my YMCA of Decatur!

Please remind Body Pump Instructors and students to not slam equipment against the floor. You might need to put up a sign because people forget.
I love the Senior Strength classes. Jennifer is the best instructor in my years of Y experience. She is enthusiastic and varies her routine, and challenges us with routines that stretch us but also gives us permission to go easy if we need to. I've been to SS classes that I basically slept through because they were so boring and easy. She keeps me moving and working!
