So far, I am using it as a space to do my PT. Not involved in any activities.
I like the bicycle machines.
Opportunity for my son and his recreational therapist to have their aqua therapy sessions at the YMCA for a reasonable cost. They also work out and take advantage of the sauna, etc.
The body pump, body combat, cycling, and body balance classes are my favorites! The instructors are full of energy, fun, and caring. The fans are problems, often not working or can not rotate.
Good variety of classes for all abilities. Some trainers know how to suggest modifications. Huge number of workout equipment.
The variety of group classes, clean facility, inclusive and welcoming.
Masters Swimming, coach Mikey is an exceptional talent. Do everything you can to expand his reach and keep him. There are very few masters coaches in the country at his level.
Good selection of classes & instructors
A variety of good classes with great instructors, at various times of day to accommodate people's schedules.
I like the weight machines, however it seems like I am having to wait more often to use the machines. The variety of people at the gym is nice.
Childcare is an amazing resource to have!
The wonderful instructors: Maggie, Carlie & Laurie
Instructors, classes, location, and the members.

Good weight selection and good pool access
Friendly Staff, Great Programs, an organization with good values I am proud to be part of.
We are grateful for this opportunity at the Y, one of the kiddos parent coaches and the kiddos are having fun. We recommended it to our daughter’s friends already! Thank you
A very clean and friendly environment.
I just go to swim. It's nice to see casual and organized activities for youngsters, older folks, and the in-betweens.
Love playing pickleball at the y
Silver Sneakers membership. I like the treadmills, and that's all I need or use.
Great range of activities are offered, and the Town Lake Y seems very community oriented, which I love
Pool!
Mostly I just use YMCA for running at Town Lake, stretching, and showering afterwards. Sometimes, I do an indoor workout (cardio/weights) if the weather is bad. Recently the area for stretching has been a bit of an issue. The old stretching area and mats were removed. (stretching is an important part of a balanced exercise program!!!) The new aerobics room in the annex is really nice for this purpose...but not always available because it is used for classes. Please restore the smaller stretching area that is not blocked by aerobics classes, at least as a backup area when classes are in session.
Love the Yoga lates with Elizabeth D - Best Yoga around. Super fun Class and learn Spanish along the way.

I'm new to the Masters Swim Team and love it. However, there are two issues. One is that the billing seems overly complex. I, order to swim with the team on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, I have to sign up for four classes for a total of $105 even though I'm not in town on Mondays. Seems like there should be a per class option ($25) or a per month option ($100) that allows attendance at any Masters session. Also, in the short few weeks I've been on the team, the life guards have not shown up twice preventing us from swimming.
