1) Woohoo! Love the women's only two hours on Sunday morning.
2) With the BIG exception of LACK of adduction and abduction machines, the new machines upstairs allow me to avoid the gloomy, testosterone-filled basement.
3) Very happy with the availability of the pool for lap swimming and variety of classes.
It’s feels like a community here not just a gym. And it’s family and LBTQ friendly.
Volunteer-based coaching makes for a low key atmosphere and the kids have a great time!
Everyone's so supportive of growth. I love how much my child has improved in volleyball technical skill but I love even more that they've learned to support their teammates by giving high fives.

Great facility and great staff and programs
Love the program, the focus on the individual, the fun and encouraging coaches and the introduction to the wider world of swimming.

Didn't use programs, just used facilities for a run in the park. But very well maintained and plan to use pool in future, too.
Great aquatics facilities.
I like the combination of walking on TL then having a yoga class afterwards. I frequently use the upstairs yoga space independently when there’s no class and appreciate that it’s available that way and that it is so clean up there. Thank you.
Like the layout of the gym and the fitness program.
Love the group fitness classes! The instructors push hard, but are so encouraging!
Elizabeth Doss’s Mat Pilates and Yoga-lates classes are fantastic!
Child made so much progress in swim lessons
Les Mills Bodypump is the best!
The diversity of the members, variety of activities, how the Y serves the community.
The staff, at the front desk and the trainers/instructors seem very open and helpful. The machines, pool and infrastructure inside and outside seem to be clean, up to date and well kept. The only fault I've noticed over the years is that I don't see trainers (or anyone) explaining to their clients how to use the ergometers correctly.
Love Zumba, body combat, Barre
Love women’s hour on Sunday!
Great community!
Please add more groups for the preschool kids, the times and groups are limited for leves 2 to 4
I primarily go to this Y to play pickleball. Really enjoy the level of play there. I've noticed the gym floor is more slippery than other gym floors I've been to. A few players have mentioned the same issue. Some players have actually fallen while playing pickleball.
A good number of players are middle-aged to senior citiizens, so I am concerned about possible injury with these falls.
Thanks for reviewing my feedback. Appreciate the staff at the Y and their good work!
A variety of programs and good instructors. Friendly environment.
Easy and very diverse.

Cardio
I love, love Q’s Tuesday/Thursday morning water aerobics classes. He puts a lot of time in giving his class a safe sequence of water exercises using different props. I feel like I am getting physical therapy for my joints and bones. He helps with body flexibility and cardio for the heart. He’s also very entertaining The YMCA and club members are lucky to have someone like Q (Humberto) adding to our quality of life.

I like that there are so many different classes to chose from and that they are catered for all ages and abilities.
I like the variety of programs but, I would like more afternoon schedules
The downstairs weight area and the upstairs machines and aerobic workout area are excellent.

variety and physical space equipment is awesome
