Hello, the programs seem very good to me, I just never find space for my 7-year-old son.

A great facility and for the most part great people to work out side by side with. My only complaint (all gyms have this issue) is guys on cell phones sitting on machines. There are signs posted noting the room is a cell phone free zone, but they are ignored.
I love the weight machine in the basement!
In general you should have benches for resting on both floors.
People who sit surfing the web hogging valuable workout equipment they are not using are a problem. Give them someplace to sit with their phones other than blocking equipment.

I like a lot.
However occasionally there has been a dearth in parking spots. Can it be that the Town Lake YMCA is so popular? Or are there interlopers to blame. I have not been totally shut out so far, but that is because I seemed to have luck finding and taking the very last parking spot.
The facility is keep clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My experience with one of your personal trainers was very positive and well worth the cost.
I love the YMCA! It's such a great community program and has so much to offer. It's a great space for all ages.

I very much like the pool and sauna at the Town Lake Y. The hot tub could use some work!
Affordable, great class instructors, good scheduling options
I loved the instructor. She struck the perfect balance between meeting my kids where they are at and also challenging them. The kids pool is also heated, which made the lessons so much more comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating is because registration changes were hard to make and I couldn't get in touch with a staff person easily.
I love the proximity to the hike and bike trail.
I love the steam room. I think the staff at the front desk are always helpful and nice.

The classrooms and equipment for classes are clean, in good shape, and orderly. Instructors are enthusiastic.
Good class teachers and trainers. Everyone is so positive! Very accessible. I don’t ever feel too old or out of shape—just support for being healthy.
