The hike and bike trail
The classes I've taken so far have all been fun and effective! The cardio area is always clean and the staff are super friendly.

Summer BB league was enjoyable and happy to play it on the Thursday night slot. Some of the teams were a little lobpsided and may need some kind of equaling of talent.

We love the children’s sports programs, the summer camps, the group exercise programs and the childcare! It is fun and convenient for our whole family!

The coaches are awesome. This year we have Coach Moss and he is very friendly, helpful, and a good role model for the kids.

Your staff & facilities are great
Facilities exceed those of the big box globogyms, but at a lower price. The staff are always incredibly friendly, inclusive, and welcoming. I feel excited and proud to go workout here.

I love the pool. It's super clean and the lanes are huge and the fans keep it from feeling stuffy in the room.
