I swim every week, and love the accepting community atmosphere, and facilities well equipped to provide high quality recreation services.
I love working with Roni! I do twice a week, once with a friend, Leslie Cameron. I love the partner training because we encourage each other and push each other when things get hard. We are accountable to each other to show up and work hard:). My other training day is private and I love it too. Roni pushes me harder and there isn't as much time to visit. She personalizes my training to my needs, I'm 60 years old and have had a hip replacement. She pushes me to do things that I would never do alone and it has made me more confident and stronger! I love working out at the Y and I highly recommend the private training!

Lots of different exercise machines. Available trainers. Friendly, helpful desk staff. Members who are old, young, and in between. I love looking at the children playing in their own center. I also love seeing people with various disabilities being welcomed at the Y.
Personal Training at the Y is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Close to my house, inexpensive, beautiful facilities, lots of choices for all levels of fitness.
The personal trainers motivate us and model the program on our needs, as we may change our ideas on any particular day.

I love it that you now have a readable pool schedule and that you have ample time for lap swimmers. My trainer is great and I love that I was easily able to find him through the YMCA.

Scott’s yoga class is the main reason I got a YMCA membership. He is an amazing teacher and a very kind person. Once I started going to the YMCA more I discovered that there are a variety of classes that are awesome, and that everyone who works out at and works at the Y are all so nice and welcoming.

I appreciate all the squat racks in the weight room.
We started playing Pickle ball in the gym. It's been great.
We have also been playing basketball when the gym is not too crowded. The balls are generally in good shape.
