Newly obsessed with infrared, I felt so amazing right after and through the rest of the day. Slept like a baby. It felt crazy inside, could barely make it through 45 mins but so glad I stuck it out because I definitely felt the psychical and emotions benefits. Also love the set up at 11 Howard. Love how private, calm and peaceful it is. And a tumeric shot beforehand on the second floor was the perfect start to the session. Have already recommended to friends and will surely be back.

Yesterday was my first time here (although I've tried other infrared services) and I loved it! Booking my appointment online was extremely easy, and upon arrival, I was shown to my personal sauna room, given a walk through and thorough explanation of how everything worked, and afterwards, I felt like a new person. I loved the light therapy and the privacy. It was great and I will be going back regularly.

I loved Rob, he was amazing and accomodating- super sweet! Besides Spotify not working, overall amazing, relaxing experience. Love the pop-up concept in a hotel setting, smart!

What do you like about our services?

The only critique I have is to put a fan or something by the bathroom area for when your getting changed to keep cool after you shower and are putting on your clothes. The room is so hot from the sauna that it’s hard to stop sweating as your getting changed to leave. Everything else about the place, experience and employees are 10’s across the board.
