I love the wellness mixed with luxury. I have been yon11 Howard a few times and love it. The only comment is that they are not very clean. Lots of hairs in bathroom and on floors. The products are also never stocked. Besides that I love it !

I like the privacy of the rooms at 11 Howard. I like how easy it is to arrange a visit. I was just there yesterday and was very pleased by how welcoming Zafou (sp?) was. She remembered me even though it had been months since I'd been there. It's just a comfortable experience there in every way.
Super clean, great service, staff was extremely friendly. got a chance to talk to danielle and jasmine they were both awesome. Danielle even sold me on a cryo session.
I like the location in the gym and uptown. Would be great if you could open one on the UWS!

I have been to the Bowery location and the SIXTY hotel location for HigherDOSE and 11 Howard is by far the best experience to date. The staff was so helpful and friendly and I loved that the rooms had connected bathrooms for modesty after a relaxing sauna session. I am a high dose loyalist by now and LOVE that you have so many locations near me!

Great atmosphere, I love that the room has a shower and amenities so that you can freshen up after the session. I would give a 10 min buffer in between so that people can actually use it and not cut into their infrared session. Also maybe create a better system of knowing if a sauna is in use, there was some confusion at first but it was worked out.

I wish there were more specials and packages, additionally longer session times because I love infrared saunas so much I wish I could do it more often
The attendant was great. She was attentive, gave me water, and made the experience way better. The TV selection also helped!
