I love that you guys have everything: the sauna, the showers, the cafe upstairs where you can get coffee and healthy snacks. I love the sauna environment as well - the ability to plug in my phone, the lights, etc. Staff is also friendly always.

My husband and I love going to higher dose. It's a wonderful way to reset if we have been particularly indulgent in unhealthy food & drink but also is AWESOME for a speedy recovery after a grueling recovery. We are definitely able to bounce back faster. (Not gonna lie, my skin always looks SO fresh after the sauna too). The space is beautiful as well - love that this location has both the sauna & shower in the same place. This makes it easier to meet up with others or go back to work afterward. We will definitely be coming back!
