Previously I had been to HigherDOSE on Bowery and it was nice but loved the amenities of the E74 location. Really like that there's access to a shower afterwards and the staff is SO friendly! Will definitely be back.

The Quick Dose was fantastic - it was the perfect amount of time to relax, unwind and restore after a long day. My mom and I used the red infrared light, which we were told is the most popular, plugged in some jazz and indulged in the 30 minutes of hot hot heat. After a quick shower and some rosewater spray we left fully refreshed. Thank you!
Besides loving the infar red sauna I especially like being able to buy the sessions in bulk so as to save money per session is a great thing

I've been going to HD since last year, when it was at ABC (that place was WAY too small!). I go to both Bowery and Equinox (about 1-2x per week). Your staff is always friendly and accommodating. I had 2 weird experiences at Equinox, where the girl asked for a tip for the towel service. I felt it to be a bit strange, since that had never happened before (I'd been there at least 5x before), and I wasn't aware of this new policy. I feel that if tipping is being encouraged, it should be told to us via an email, so that we have a heads up that this request is coming. Or put out a tip jar. It's just awkward to be confronted with this request when you've just come out of 40 mins of relaxation. Again, it only happened twice, but I wanted to mention this. Otherwise, I happy with the experience and feel great after!

I loved the complete privacy during the sauna experience, as well as being able to 'simply' learn the benefits of each infrared light option from the pamphlet provided.
Better than Bowery, room setup, including bathroom and shower,
I lovvvvvve Higher Dose, but it's pricey. Maybe a 3 time payment plan for the full dose package? Or promos? I would do anything for a discount so I can come more regularly.

Room 2 at 11 Howard heater was not working on one of the panels. I notified staff. Room got hot but not as hot as usual. Too bad.
Infra red is the best thing ever!
