I loved the way I felt after being in the sauna. I loved the light therapy, music, and setting.
Very clean and relaxing environment. The staff is helpful/attentive staff. The sauna has helped with my muscles aches and strains and with my exzcema. My parents also loved it. Help with their arthritis and joint pains and with my dads cirrhosis.

Love Higher Dose! However, I mentioned to one of the individuals working last night that the door in Room 3 (?) was unable to close fully for the first 10-15 minutes. Was tough because room couldn't get AS hot. Still great experience was just annoying to have to worry about this the entire time.
Otherwise, enjoy the experience and appreciated the offer for compensated time. Thanks for considering!
