The physical aspects of our move was stress-free mainly due to Don Dingwall, the driver, and the packing and unpacking crews that he hired at both locations. We could see that there was a mutual respect and trust between the driver and the crews. Both had the same objective of doing their tasks with care and efficiency. The financial aspect of the move did not go as smoothly as I expected. I needed to make a wire transfer in USD to pay for the move because the cost was above what a credit card could support. First an information sheet entitled 'QMM Banking Information 2021 - USD Payment.pdf' was sent to me. It contained the QMM CAD bank account information. After my American bank informed me about the error, I contacted QMM for the correct banking information. The information sheet entitled 'QMM Banking Information 2023 - USD Payment.pdf' was provided. The American bank needed the Beneficiary information. The QMM 2023 USD Payment.pdf only provided the name of the Accounts Receivable agent. I used that information in my second attempt to wire the funds. Again the American bank rejected the transfer request because the Beneficiary information was wrong. I contacted QMM again to ask for the correct Beneficiary information. With finally the correct banking information, my third attempt to wire the USD funds succeeded. To sort out the problems, I had to go through three levels of financial staff at QMM. Thankfully the financial staff understood the problems I was having to make the payment and did not stop delivery of our property. QMM received payment 2-1/2 weeks after our property was delivered. While most of this text is dedicated to the financial problem I had, I do not wish to give the impression that we are dissatisfied with the service we received. A cross-country, cross-border move is a stressful experience. QMM provided us the help we needed to move back to Canada. Thank you.
Very good experience with everyone associated with the move - the local job estimator, the coordinator in Vancouver, the packers, and the truck crew. All were courteous and friendly. Got great follow up on our queries. The activities met our schedule, and the delivery took place well ahead of what we had anticipated.
From the moment we had contact with Francis, the estimator, through Lorraine, the move coordinator, to Nathan the packer, loader, driver, and his assistant Leo, we have been blown away with the professionalism, courtesy,honesty, and helpfulness of this team, we would , without hesitation recommend them to our closest and dearest friends!

Working with every level of staff was really nice. Everyone was super nice and patient with me to get back information, finding parking for the truck and just through the whole process. In a stressful time, it was nice to have that section of my move not be as stressful.
The kind and supportive attitude of the people who organised my move, and the men who collected and delivered my possessions was much appreciated. I especially am grateful for the care taken with my art work and guitar. When things went awry for me because of a flood in my new home, it was a relief to have my things safely stored until it was safe to deliver them.
We have moved many times within Canada and regardless of the circumstances it is generally stressful. We have to say that QMM went out of their way to relieve us of as much of the stress as possible. The same team packed, loaded and delivered our belongings. They made sure they did everything we wanted them to do and were more than willing to pack more things, move furniture to different places etc. They were great to deal with. The whole experience went as smoothly as possible.
The moving experience with QMM was one of the most production and pleasant experiences in a long time, especially the unknown of dealing with this company based only on a recommendation and not knowing all the implications of a transcontinental move. The help we received from all people in touch with us in the process was enormous as we were struggling with numerous issues before and during the moving process. We are happy to share with everyone the names of those who helped us in this moving process and they are Shaina, Denaya, Hanna and Greg.
Despite it being only a local move just across town, they wrapped all my furniture really well so nothing would get scratched. They were polite and hard working, and knew their business well. They arrived on time and worked quickly. I will definitely use them again the next time I move, and I am pleased to give them the highest approval rating.

We had a very good experience moving with QMM. Our goods arrived in good condition and on time. QMM assisted with all the needed information for our international move. The Move and Delivery Managers and were highly professional and helpful through the entire process.
Overall a very good experience; the movers were quick and efficient. Very little damage. Slightly disappointed that we were left with an excess amount of wardrobe boxes, burlap wraps, and packing boxes, which we were advised to dispose of ourselves.

Calvin and Chuck were great movers. Francis and Lorraine were also great and professional to deal with. Move was seamless and we had some tricky things to move with us including piano, Moros cycles and heavy furniture.
