My husband and I were relocating from Canada back to the US after just 18 months of unsuccessfully attempting to work remotely. I contacted 3 moving companies but only Quality Move Management ever returned my call. From my first contact with the sales rep (Bob) through to the move coordinator (Neetu) and then the driver (Dale) and his crew (in both countries), communication and organization was excellent. Under normal circumstances I would have pushed for 3 quotes but when QMM provided their quote, the pricing to return our goods was basically what we had paid to ship them North. I appreciated the patience that the sales rep and move coordinator had because our situation was very fluid for a few months, as to when we wanted our goods picked up. I changed the pick up date several times and was never made to feel like I was inconveniencing or frustrating anyone. I learned our driver in Canada would be the driver doing our delivery as well. While I had a window of days as to when the drop off would arrive, the driver was quite confident about when he would be arriving at our new house, before he even left Canada. He stayed in touch with me once he got on the road and had his schedule sorted for the other deliveries he needed to do, prior to our’s. In the end, he was a day earlier than he had originally thought. We have moved all over the world and this was probably the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. I was very impressed with the reliability of the communications between office and myself. There were three different people before we were done which was a little frustrating but all were competent. The team of packers was excellent and the movers at the end were also very good at their jobs. I really appreciated the experience, reliability and quality of the teams. Thank you.
Outstanding company and outstanding employees. Our move was difficult in that we were moving into an old building in old Quebec City with a narrow staircase and we are on the 3rd and 4th floor. This did not bother them one bit. I would hire them again without hesitation. Well done!

We needed a small shipment of household items (totes, pictures boxes etc)moved from Ontario to Calgary. Everything was removed from a family member's basement in Ontario and delivered here in Calgary without any issues. We know that these small shipments are not so easy to arrange and so we are pleased that the move went well and the final price was very reasonable too.

This was the most professional move we have had, from start to finish. I was actually very nervous for this move based on some past mediocre to bad experiences, and this completely removed any concerns we had. Our movers were organized, professional, friendly, and amazing. I wish people could know how nervous I was and the level of happiness with our move but there isn’t enough space to leave that review. We want to thank Jamie and Mike for the most streamlined and courteous move we could have asked for. Mark my words, when we need to move from our rental to our forever home in 2 years we will specifically be requesting you! Thank you, EVERYONE, for the amazing service.
All went very well indeed. A few more updates as to the time of delivery for crosss-country move would have been nice.

Items were delivered in tact and in a timely fashion from BC to Alberta
I deducted one point for the fact our move wasn’t put on the schedule on the promised date and we had to phone the emergency number on a Sunday as we were leaving for Alberta early the next morning
Kudos though for quickly rectifying the mistake after we pointed it out.. staff showed up less than an hour after we called the Emergency number. Luckily it was a fairly small job
I was pleasantly pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of the people involved in my move. The cost of my move was much more reasonable than a quote I was given by a national competitor.
The co-ordinator I worked with was professional and timely with responses. There were no surprises. The driver was very, very good.
Yes this is my third time using Qmm. I moved from Calgary year ago last February. The people are punctual, accommodating and vert pleasant to deal with.
My things arrived from storage is good condition and my local move crew moved everything safely and efficiently.

Initially the communication from the office was horrible and we received virtually no notice (around 12 hours) that our driver was arriving. However, once our driver, Bevan Rupert arrived, everything ran smoothly. I would recommend QMM highly to anyone, based on Bevan's excellent service. He was very professional, meticulous and set me at ease. All of our belongings arrived safe and sound and on schedule. We have been unpacking for the last week and nothing has gone missing or been damaged. Overall, we are very pleased. Bevan is a true gem, we hope QMM appreciate him and share this review with his team! The Canadian moving crew that worked with him: Chad and Billy were also wonderful!

Excellent experience from initial quote to driver and delivery
The moving crews were excellent. Overall the transport and storage went well. Suggest using the old wardrobe packs for bulky items such as lamps to protect from damage.
I have used QMM for a few moves now. (I have moved 8 times in 20 years so I have tried several moving companies). I can’t say enough about what an amazing team QMM has!
