I had a very wonderful experience with QMM. The team was very well organized and promptly responded to all of my email inquiries. I was also pleased with the speed of delivery of my items from Alberta to Winnipeg. Jack Belhumeur was my mover. He was fantastic, incredibly professional, and very helpful. A handyman was scheduled to complete the assembly of a few items in my place the day that my items were delivered. However, the handyman did not show up. Jack completed all of this work without any complaint, and did a wonderful job of assembling my new dining table set and bed frame/headboard.

There was a lot of communication between myself and the moving coordinators. Questions were always answered promptly or within a reasonable time frame.
The moving team called prior to showing up and notified me of their arrival. The moving team was very thorough and professional. I like how everything was counted, labelled and catalogued.

Moving to a new country was very stressful and I can honestly say using QMM basically took the stress out of that portion of the move. I will say the professionalism and customer service of the team for both moving out and moving in was excellent. There was no damage to our stuff, which was also great! Would definitely recommend.
Quality Move Management was quick to provide a preliminary quote and the documentation I needed to prepare my household goods move from Texas to Canada. Quotes were associated with an estimated total weight. The first quote was based on a list of goods I had provided. The second and final quote was based on a virtual visit we did with the QMM salesperson using the Allied Video mobile application. I chose the ‘fixed price’ option which means that the total price does not change as long as the total actual weight is within 10% of the estimated weight. QMM also committed to a certain date range for the move. After signing the contract, QMM assigned a Move Coordinator to the job who sent a personalized note and several forms and documents. After reviewing the documents and forms we had a 30 minutes conference call with the Move Coordinator who answered our questions about the move. The move went as smooth as can be considering the amount of activity involved. The final bill came at the quoted price and the move was performed within the agreed to date range.
The staff was friendly and responsive. The move went on smoothly. The storage service was a great help when our new home was not yet ready. We are really happy about the experience.
Customer service, take care for our household goods during loading and unloading. Canadian and US crews we are extremely nice and patient. Drivers correctly timed there arrival, giving a heads up if you days before.
Back office personnel were attentive and caring.
The workers were very polite and worked hard. They didn’t complain when they had to deliver our things to a third floor apartment which was as far from the elevator as possible.
Everyone we worked with was very professional , courteous, and available to help us whenever we needed it. We are so happy to be moved into our new place with very little disruption to our daily life.

QMM…Nothing short of fabulous! They moved us from North Saanich BC Canada to Eugene, Oregon. I have nothing but a glowing review from first encounter with Francis to then working with their coordinator Sangita. Both were very professional and easy to work with.
On the days of packing and moving and then receiving my items at the last destination, QMM driver and movers were always on time to the minute, very experienced with packing (especially our antiques) hard working, efficient and most of all personable and trustworthy. Their driver Richard is an exceptional individual. He is extremely knowledgeable, has unbelievable organizational skills and packing skills and his ability to drive a HUGE van…OMG. Richard and his crew are definitely in for a huge raise. I strongly recommend QMM. This is one EPIC moving company and I’m a very satisfied customer!!!
Our experience was good only problem was there were a few broken pieces. We had informed you when we did the walk through that we had quite a bit of antiques but still some of them were damaged.

I am very happy with how smoothly my move went. I was not at my house in Surrey when my items were loaded into the truck. My neighbors dealt with that part for me and were very impressed how everything was packed and loaded into the truck. Once they arrived at my new home in Prince George, my stuff was placed where I wanted and put together properly. The men were very polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again.
