From the video tour of the condo we were leaving in Sechelt, BC to the unpacking and placing of furniture in our new home in Newtown NL, we were impressed by the professionalism of everyone we dealt with. Questions were answered in a timely manner, our furniture was well-packed, the actual moving guys were pleasant and helpful.

The moving teams were friendly and very cautious with all of my belongings. You might think its pricy to do business with them but you pay for quality no doubt there. No hidden fees everything is up front on your bill. I would recommend these guys any day what a great experience.

Great customer service from the initial phone call to delivery! Very professional and courteous employees! They also took a lot of the boxes back to be reused or recycled!

I recently completed a cross-country move. I must have sourced out seven or eight different quotes for the job. The majority of them came in at around the same amount $2750 - which told me that they were all using the same program to calculate the cost. No call to check-in, just constant emails to book the move.
One company was different.
Quality Move Management is a partner with Allied Van Lines (who moved my wife's contents from Toronto the year prior).
The cost was significantly higher, but the trust factor was amped up when one of the managers called me, Bob Bezanson. He wrote me and asked for a phone conversation. He asked to have a zoom call to go through my apartment and get a good grasp of what was going to be moved, the size, and quantity.
From what I remember, my wife's contents were handled with extreme care, and although the price was double all of the other quotes, I trusted the first person to give me a ring and talk through the move.
Bob handed me over to Myah MacDermott to get everything scheduled - and she was very hands on to get everything right.
The movers in Toronto, who hailed from Winnipeg, took such good care of my furniture and belongings. Literally wrapping anything and everything that could be damaged with a blanket - including my couch, and artwork.
The took the hardware off anything that could damage any of my stuff and placed it all in box, labelled for the receiving movers to re-attach.
The receiving movers were a Vancouver team - who were equally as careful and friendly as the outgoing movers.
Everyone was on time, communicative, professional, and diligent.
They took care of my things as if they were their own.
When it comes to a cross-country move, don't cheap out.

Our situation was probably somewhat unique as we were going to move to the UK but due to various insurmountable circumstances this did not happen. From the initial pick up of goods to the goods being returned to Vancouver Island the professional show by the crew’s and management team was outstanding.
I moved from Interior BC to Vancouver and the QMM team moved my household effects. The Trail crew was amazing, they were quick, professional and courteous. My Vancouver crew was equally great, very efficient and put my house all back together. Both crews were friendly, and made what could have been a stressful time, into an enjoyable one. Both crews followed all safety recommendations. Both crews also dealt with somewhat irate neighbours with tact and discretion. QMM is a great company to work with, and while this was a company move, I will work with them for my next move. Highly recommended.
They made the moving process easy. Simple and accurate quote, the guys who came to the house were professional and polite, everything packed with care, not one item broken! I would use again in a heartbeat.

The initial consult and packing was an amazing experience. Ongoing communication was not as good, but difficult circumstances given the logistics challenges. Not as happy with the NZ end of the move.
Very ggod service overall. From first interview (remote) where they could assess the total amount of items to be packed, a date was fixed for the loading and the whole operation was smooth.
Once the goods arrived at destination, it was very easy to set a date for unloading.
Whole experience was great from start to finish. Move coordinators were excellent and helped us get everything planned. Pack, load, and delivery crews were fantastic, too. Your Team of Mike and Jami professionally moved me from Surrey to the Trail BC area in less than ideal weather conditions. They were punctual at both ends of the move and treated both myself and possessions with respect and good humour. This is my third time using QMM, I have found them reliable, flexible and very good at what they do. Two cross country moves and one local move.
With any luck that will be the last time I need the services of QMM, but if I have colleagues or friends in need of moving services I will always recommend QMM.

Everything was great. The move team was so professional and helpful. They arrived on time, moved everything carefully and quickly, unwrapped items, removed the packaging and even assembled items. Huge help. Best I have ever seen and I have made too many moves!
