QMM made my move unbelievable easy, smooth and stress-free. From the initial reachout, they walked me through the estimation process and provided a quote quickly. They were very thorough in ensuring that I understood everything. Once the quote was finalized, QMM connected me to a move coordinator that was very responsive and personable. They were able to work with my move dates without any hassle. Finalizing the move, QMM made sure that I had all my forms and documents in place, including helping me look over the documents and providing examples. The driver was professional and punctual - they moved everything carefully and quickly. QMM made sure to periodically contact me and give me updates as the driver drove up to the destination. The driver even walked us through the immigration expectations! Unloading was quick and easy, the driver was punctual with QMM representatives following up and facilitating the whole way.
I can not express how grateful that QMM was there for me during this normally difficult and stressful process. They took the guesswork out of my cross border move! I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience overall. Brad was great and always answered all my questions. Manna was friendly and provided me updated info. The movers were awesome guys, very friendly and careful with all my belongings. They are hard workers and were very patient and always kind if I had questions. All of the loaders and unloaders were vey professional, and treated our belongings with respect and care. They worked very hard with minimal breaks. They were pleasant, and we enjoyed them very much. We were happy that they put pads down throughout our home so that they were not walking on our newly cleaned rugs and floors.
The packers were good, but two of them did walk across our carpet with their shoes on even though the shoes had snow and dirt on them. The breakable dishes, etc. were packed well. One of the packers did overlook a few things in his haste. After the packers had left, I found two kitchen drawers that were not packed at all, and I had to pack them myself. There are still some items that we have not found.
Heather Prystie was fantastic in organizing all of the logistics and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. It was a great moving experience.
You all were perfect. Communication was always clear, you handed us off seamlessly when needed, handled our timing requirements, and were always warmly professional. QMM were very organized and on top of every aspect my move. Even though it was over the Christmas Holidays I new that Brad was on was top of everything and I didn't need to worry about the move taking place December 27. The movers were polite and certainly knew what they were doing. Moving into my new place was a little tricky as there was a very narrow staircase but they took their time and got everything moved with no damage. They placed the items where I wanted and put everything back togeather.
They made paying the invoice easy with multiple on line options.
QMM actually made my move a pleasant experiance.

Excellent customer service and live video inventory prior to the move. No long paper forms to fill out. The moving price was actually lower than the original quote. The movers in both ends were awesome and quite careful with our stuff.
The movers were prompt. They communicated arrival times and reason for delays. The furniture was packed professionally. All glass arrived at the destination intact. The movers were efficient in the unpacking and reassembling the furniture.
