I love this studio. Its clean and organized. I am a huge fan of Adam, Emma, and Sedona’s classes at the Nob Hill studio. They have unconventional flows that keep things new and non repetitive which I really appreciate. They keep the heat to a challenging degree which is how yoga should be. And most of all each of them have a solid taste in music and aren’t afraid to turn the volume up, which to be honest is probably the most important part to keep the energy alive in the room.

Tiffany was an amazing instructor. She had a lot of energy; the music was great; and the routine was tough, which I loved (I have a strong dislike for sculpt classes that are easy) Seeing how this was my first time to the studio, Tiffany was also very helpful in showing me where everything is located. She also provided great advice regarding becoming a teacher and doing teacher training.
With regards to the studio, it was insanely clean and well laid out. I was surprised by how beautiful everything was kept. I did love/hate the individual bathrooms/showers vs locker-room style. On the one hand, it’s great to have privacy. On the other hand, if you want to shower or if others are using the shower, then I can see it causing a logistical issue if others want to use the restroom before a class.
Instructors are great, some have more expertise than others in terms of variations and adjustments. It’s a little distracting to see / hear the street on Lombard
