LOVE the NOPA studio and all the teachers that work there. The space is small but full of love and there is nothing like going to morning yoga to start my day.
kaitlin was so friendly and nice! it was my first time but she was really encouraging. triceps and hamstrings were sore so got a great workout in. will definitely come again.
Would love to come back! Instruction was clear and modifications made all the movements seem challenging yet totally doable. Felt encouraged and empowered. Great first-time experience!

Nob Hill studio has very good teachers and lot’s of classes. I recently took Ashle’s class, which always has a creative sequence, engaging mental and physical strength.

Would be nice if there were more classes in the middle of the day. Additionally, it seems like a lot more classes are being cancelled of late.
Duboce is one of my favorite studios, with lots of good instructors, and large rooms and space in locker rooms.
NoPa is one of my favorite studios, with lots of space in the studio and friendly community. I recently took Elena’s C2 class when she was subbing, she always has a intense and well thought out sequence!
