I LOVE this studio. In particular my favorite teachers are Alisa, Lillian and Gianfranco, along with Laura S. And Kory! It’s a really special group that tries to keep things fun and fresh, mix up the flow while maintaining the integrity of the class!

I adore this studio and most of the teachers here (Shannon, Hannah, Ashle, etc.) However, the lack of wipes lately has been crazy. I also feel like the cleanliness has gone down? Did y'all get rid of professional cleaning staff.

I wanted to let you know that the Cow Hollow studio is a wonderful place. Carlie Burkhard is a very special teacher who teaches there and I appreciate the genuine energy she brings to her classes. She is always coming up with amazing playlists filled with songs that help students actually get into the yoga and get out of their heads.
Carlie is an asset and you should do whatever you can to keep her within the organization for a long time!!

I thought the class and instructor were great. The room wasn’t too hot which was nice, and I felt more comfortable seeing some other guys in the class! Would recommend:)
allegra is amazing. this was my first class/intro to corepower and she did a fantastic job--I'm hooked and can't wait to return!
Nikki's class was great for a Wednesday evening. She had a great upbeat playlist, very strong vocal projection and good cues. Her Sun B flow a B+ was an easy sequence and I wished she incorporated more challenging poses in her B+. I think we started core going into 27 minutes which is a little early in my opinion. Standing series was a little short and savasana was a little too long. But overall, she had a great personality, humor, and I would easily take her class again.
Cheryl andTiffany are amazing instructors. Tiffany just subbed at Cow Hollow too, where there was a very large class and she did an even better job in such setup. Everyone was talking about how much they liked her class. her energy.
My 2c is that she would add more value to CPY at times when more people can come to her classes.

Great class taught by Rachel. I remember when I first took her class she was new at Nob Hill then saw she transitioned over to Nopa. Honestly really surprised with how good she got in such short time. Really liked her class and music choice/flow.
Danielle did a great job! Great for all levels of experience, very encouraging, and constantly checked in with the class about what we needed and wanted!
