Try a Monday 5:45 PM Sculpt with Talia then a 7:15 PM C2 with Urvi. You'll die but feel amazing. Love both of these instructors with their level of difficulty, music choice, and vibrant personalities. NOPA really needs a bigger studio. These two sections are always waitlisted.

I took Ally R’s C2 class at Cow Hollow and loved it! Such a friendly instructor with great music choice. The 4:45 pm Friday section had a good amount of people and not too crowded - I would say around 30 students?
Regardless I felt calm and empowered after my class to take on the weekend. This class was perfect to decompress on a rainy Friday. Love Ally and would highly recommend her Friday 4:45 pm or Saturday 9:15 am section!

The instructors. Malika is really great. It's not just the energy and attitude but also how she takes you gradually to higher weights in a way that one can totally trust that it is going to be okay.

I really like the classes at CorePower and the teachers are fantastic. I would highly recommend CirePower. They have a variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs at really convenient times.
Nob Hill studio is very spacious. Busy street outside though.
Recently took Hillary’s C3 class. Very well thought out sequence that activated right muscles, en route to the peak pose. Good verbal cues to aid in achieving peak poses like “stack up joints” during eagle legged side crow. Good counter poses to balance out poses (cow faced arms squat and curl to counter peak poses) and good cues to use props like during bind during yogi squat.
It was great! T (Tali) was one of the best instructors I’ve ever had at any CorePower anywhere in the country!! She really made the experience 12/10!
Love this studio! Great instructors, prime location (get there a little early because parking can be a hassle (unless you park at Safeway - just make sure you scan the vicinity of the parking lot for security guards and pretend momentarily that you're about to walk in and buy groceries when in reality you're going to Core Power to enjoy a nice flow)).
In addition, make sure you sign up in advanced because these sections always get waitlisted!

I love it but some teachers have super repetitive classes!
Nice class with a nice variety of poses. It would have been helpful for the instructor to call out the next move a little more ahead of time to keep the pace smoother.

Great studio, great instructors, just wish the room temps were hotter. Other studios really utilize the heat more and create a full body sweat experience which is awesome, in my subjective opinion.
Ann is my favorite teacher! She always has such a positive vibe in her class and she kicks my hitt every time!

You guys need to take Laura’s class Tuesday at 6 pm. Fun flow, great voice projection, plus - Laura has a super spunky and vibrant attitude and personality which I loved!
She did a handstand for 20 SECONDS… I was so impressed with her strength, perseverance, and consistency! Such an inspiration for people who do yoga consistently. I give myself another 3 years until I lose the fat from my lower body so my overall body is more equaled out / proportional to do a handstand!
I AM DONE!!!
