Love this studio! Great instructors, prime location (get there a little early because parking can be a hassle (unless you park at Safeway - just make sure you scan the vicinity of the parking lot for security guards and pretend momentarily that you're about to walk in and buy groceries when in reality you're going to Core Power to enjoy a nice flow)).
In addition, make sure you sign up in advanced because these sections always get waitlisted!

Nice class with a nice variety of poses. It would have been helpful for the instructor to call out the next move a little more ahead of time to keep the pace smoother.

Great studio, great instructors, just wish the room temps were hotter. Other studios really utilize the heat more and create a full body sweat experience which is awesome, in my subjective opinion.

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming and the studio is very clean.
Duboce studio has lots of good classes, and very spacious inside. Recently took Aquil’s C3 class. I think he needs to Demo the new poses more, there were lot’s of not usual poses and his verbal cuing did not suffice. As far as I could tell, other students were also not grasping the poses. Music was loud and could not hear his voice during the second quarter of the class.
The instructor was clear, helpful and friendly! As a beginner, I appreciate not feeling too stressed or nervous.
