Student Testimonials
Great work out …strength/endurance building, cardio, mind left-right integration and tune-up,
Working with weights and core-building!
Lindsey is a great instructor. Studio
is clean.
I live in Salt Lake City but visit this studio when I am in town often, particularly for Edwin’s class.
Couldn’t say enough positive things about his flows and teaching style.
Highly reccomend.
Teacher was amazing, studio was clean
So I’m not sure if this is the review for Ashle Me’s C2 on Monday at 6:00 pm pst or Alison U’s HPF & Sculpt on Tuesday at 10:30 am pst and 12 pm pst so here’s a review for both:
Truly incredible sequence and flow by Ashle. I burnt 755 calories and almost fainted with how difficult Mondays 6:00 pm pst Nob Hill C2 class was but it was all worth it! If you want a challenge with phenomenal music, incredibly tough/yet perfectly flowing sequencing, great voice projection/perfect cueing, and an instructor that fully demos and utilizes all four corners of the room, Ashle (aka: BEST) is your girl 💅🏻. Plus, 25 years of yoga experience, what more can you expect from the best.
Don’t even get me started with Alison U. This girl is gifted. I’m hoping one day she can teach HPF, Sculpt, and bring in a C2 all on Tuesday so it can be called the Alison U triple combo deluxe all day class session. It’s just perfect. You take 3 classes and you get half off on your fourth. This would be such a great sales strategy for those who are crazy and can do yoga all day. Regardless, I took Alison’s HPF and Sculpt and burnt 1,055 calories total yesterday. Finally losing all this disgusting jiggly fat I gained while overeating in Asia. 😪
Convenient times after work, friendly staff, overall I enjoy the class
I went Saturday morning, 9/13 at the 10:15 AM class. I forgot the name of the instructor. He was AMAZING! I really enjoyed taking a class from him; he was a good teacher, demonstrated positions, supported with guidance, and had such a relaxing and calming presence.
Brent’s energy is a great motivator! His CSX programming was a good workout and he got creative with cardio. He was mindful of the room set up (heat, lights, etc). One thing he could improve on is considering exercises for folks with less even strength distribution between upper and lower body. For example, I can do a swing or deadlift with a much heavier weight than I can shoulder press or curl. So combining those moves means I have to go for the lower of the two weights.
Super awesome!! Best situdo in the city
If you go to Core Power Cow Hollow take Brittany R’s class! Great instructor with great presence, sequencing, and music choice. Her classes are always waitlisted so make sure you sign up 3 days in advanced. I took her class last Saturday and the room was completely full but we were able to squeeze two additional individuals in the back. Crazy status!!!
very friendly, clean and professional staff and environment
Leah is excellent and supportive- thank you!!
Great instructor!
It’s a super convenient location and I really like the 6:15 am classes with Amos. He’s great
I always have a great time in Lillian’s class. Her playlists / song choices are top notch. She gave me her Spotify account info and I go through it once a month to find new songs I like, lol. In addition, she has such a strong instructors voice where I can always hear what she’s cueing clearly (wherever I am in the room). Her sequences are always fun to flow too as well. You can never go wrong with Lillian! Sunday 5 pm, Wednesday 5:30 pm. Be there, or be SQUARE.
The instructor personalized the class so well! One of the best sculpt classes I’ve taken
The studio is so clean & the fitness instructors range when it comes to what type of workout you want! Ex: Slow & steady, fast & cardio, or focusing in on you breathe
Friendly staff
Incredible instructor!!! Would come back to SF just for his class!
Overall experience - great flow, respectful instructor, good music!
Nice clean location. Liked the teacher
Everyone who works there as an instructor is wonderful. I am not that advanced but they are good at pushing you at the level you are in. I find these classes as more of a stretching and workout than the other studios I have been to. I also have disabilities and I found every single person there to be extremely understanding and helpful. i left another yoga studio because they had no understanding for my seizures. I didn't need someone to freak out and call 911 every time I had one which is what they did. you guys just let me have them and don't take them as a big deal. i appreciate your understanding.
NoPa has some of the best instructors. While the classroom is small (and the shower/changing room areas even smaller), I have yet to get instructors at other studios as great as Urvi and Anelle (sp?). They are cheerful, encouraging and positive, while also pushing me well past any limits I thought I had. I look forward to the classes every time I sign up.
Kelsey is the best
Great studio and staff
Love the sense of community and the instructors!
Kevin’s C2 class was very creative and challenging, but he gave plenty of modification options. Students were able to choose what worked best for their practice. He also handled the dongle/connection cord issues smoothly and didn’t get thrown off. His cues were helpful in finding the correct form and in encouraging us to continue to push through the entire class. His timing was good and pacing felt comfortable.
It is hot esp where you position your mat you can get extra sun even with the shades down. So make sure you have a towel for your sweat & water bottle. They have a water filling station & showers & lockers w a mini lock for you to use while there. Ally leads a great class. She has great energy, leads you by example. Calls out the flow to you and then you flow on your own. Be ready for a sweat session & a challenge, I was beat red after class & loved it.
The instructor was 10 out of 10
As a tenured yogi she was above my skill level and able to assist the group with Novel movements to deepen all students practice

The instructors are great
