Student Testimonials
The Marina Studio is tiny but mighty! Although there is only one studio, the Marina community and the welcoming instructors are what keep me coming back. The instructors are powerful and do their best to learn everyone's names. The studio managers use unique ways (like a wall of gratitude) to engage the community. This is my favorite studio in the bay area.
Friendly staff
Very enjoyable! Great staff and facility!
Great class structure, the room was not over crowded, the instructor provided articulate cues for the exercises and hands on adjustments
Friendly staff, clean facility, ability to get everything when you get there if needed
Your staff is so friendly + the class was hard/fun! Definitely coming back.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it was a great quality class. I felt immediately welcomed and can't wait to return!
The yoga was great. Amazing front desk staff- so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much such an awesome experience!
I loved the studio and the teacher I went to. I have taken a few classes at corepower and been skeptical (minus sculpt which is one of the most amazing classes I have taken); however, I have been looking for a yoga studio that offers a challenging flow plus be able to teach me some more complex moves. We played and practiced with hand stand which I have never seen teach in a normal class and I loved it! I will be going to this studio regularly moving forward.
Tea tree water for mats, friendly staff, early class times,
Fremont St. SF location was great. Nice locker room facilities with lockers that don't require the little padlocks—they already have combo locks. Enjoyed my C2 class very much and would definitely come back to this location.
I was not expecting such a great workout in a yoga class. Emily was so fun to listen to and learn from.
Studio is clean and staff is very friendly and welcoming
Teacher was amazing. And I like the lockers with the keypads
Greet class, clean studio!
Convenience. And I feel like I actually worked out! Definitely worth the money!
The concept of the classes is great, both types of yoga help you get in shape and stay fit. For the most part the instructors are nice. I will provide my most honest feedback in order to make this location Nob Hill a great destination for CorePower. I used to go to the Marina studio, but driving was necessary and parking in the Marina is very hard. The studio in the Marina is small and cosy, the Studio manager and all the instructors made a point to make everyone feel at home, they call you by your name and during class they will acknowledge the students by name and will be hands on instructors helping students with their practice. Here at the Nob Hill Studio instructors are not engaging, and during class they do not call students by their name and rarely are hands on during class. I have never been acknowledge at this studio by name nor have I ever been provided attention during class, and trust me I certainly need pointers. Instructors at this location seem to be younger and less professional than other locations. Another area that certainly needs love is the bathrooms, no matter at what time of the day you come in, the bathrooms are not clean, sinks and floors especially. I hope this feedback serves the purpose to help this location be better, the studio is only two blocks down the hill from my house and would love to continue to attend classes at this location.
Class was great and the teacher was friendly and welcoming.
Only negative is that all the rentals are pretty horrible especially for the price.. Rental mats are falling apart, a $2 charge for the cheap Poland Spring water bottle, and cheap rental towels.
Other yoga studios have quality yoga mats, and offer water canteens and both quality yoga and shower towels for rent.
As someone who travels a lot and in San Francisco just for a few days, I can’t carry my own yoga mats and gear with me. It’d be great if the rentals were of a better quality which then provides a better yoga experience.
Great environment and staff!
Friendliness of the instructors, selection and availability of the classes and the cleanliness of the studio.
I love that I’m sweaty and exercised by the end of class, studio’s literally outside my office, and instructors are friendly and inspiring.
I hate your cheap, slippery, crumble-into-debris-beneath-my-feet rental mats, and hair-frying shower supplies. They diminish your brand – can’t think of you in the same stratum as Equinox for example.
Overall happy ab the experience though, and would recommend.
The instructors at this location have all been so amazing. I love the space and how welcoming everyone is :)
The teachers at this location are SUPERSTARS. I actually live closer to the Nob Hill location and still walk to the Marina frequently because I love some of the teachers so much.
Location specifics: The lack of changing area and limited number of bathrooms is really tough with how crowded it is, but overall the studio is delightful, bright, and clean.
Two requests:
1. I wish there were more special / variety classes like HPF or workshops. Even if it was just 1-2 times a month on a weekend afternoon when there normally aren't many people around. Would be a great way to drive traffic and revenue during off peak times
2. Later classes on Friday night. Even just a 7:30 class would be great to get in a class after work before going out.
Thanks! You guys rock!
Great instructors and challenging classes.
Would love for the SF and other studios to do what they do in Arizona where they distribute a small washtowel soaked in very cold water at the end of a very sweaty and hot class.
Class is upbeat, instructors are high energy and positive, the practice is what it takes to sculpt your core!
Great service, classes and amenities. Very crowded though!
Flexibility in class times and level of classes
The instructors, class and location are amazing. I also love the frequency of classes. In a perfect world, there would be a 7:30 am class every day!
clean, kind service, great class

Amazing personal and great teachers!
