Great teachers. Please make a schedule more consistent and have the same times weekly. Very difficult to plan out weeks to go to class if not consistent. Should be the same schedule each week at NOPA

I always recommend CPY to friends and family.
Instructor for this class counts way too quickly and plays the music so loudly that you can’t hear a word of instruction. There were a handful of times students were looking at each other because they couldn’t hear what she said (including myself).

CorePower yoga has a very good sequences that is driven by a muscle focus/focus pose, is based on understanding of body anatomy, thereby delivering a higher average quality of classes across the board. The experienced teachers are very skilled and have the ability to make the class very intense for some students and accessible for others.
Annelle is so embodied and amazing. She inspires me in class to match her energy. She really sets the space and makes us all feel like we are moving as one. <33333
Hope's classes are always amazing. Great voice projection, great playlist, amazing sequencing. You honestly can't go wrong with a Hope's class.
Love the location despite having only one studio. However, since there's only one room, canceled classes can really impact the number I can take week to week. Teachers are great but would love fewer canceled classes.
