LOVE the NOPA studio and all the teachers that work there. The space is small but full of love and there is nothing like going to morning yoga to start my day.

Nob Hill studio has very good teachers and lot’s of classes. I recently took Ashle’s class, which always has a creative sequence, engaging mental and physical strength.

Would be nice if there were more classes in the middle of the day. Additionally, it seems like a lot more classes are being cancelled of late.
Duboce is one of my favorite studios, with lots of good instructors, and large rooms and space in locker rooms.
NoPa is one of my favorite studios, with lots of space in the studio and friendly community. I recently took Elena’s C2 class when she was subbing, she always has a intense and well thought out sequence!

Hot yoga
Clean studio and friendly teacher. I signed up for the intro to Yoga since I have never done it before. When I showed up I was the only student and the teacher still held the class and really focused on my position. I can’t rember the teachers name but it was in the Marina location on Friday at 3:15pm.
Amazing studio and instructors. Always super clean and the staff is friendly. I appreciate the large amount of studios and class availability. Definitely recommend!
Very clean modern studio with full shower facilities. Room of slightly heated. Great class and teacher for yoga flow.
Very welcoming, and really easy/simple with the smaller size of the studio. Just walk in put your stuff in the locker and enjoy!
