Tiffany (instructor) is fantastic! She's warm and personable, great direction, positive energy and good music/sequence -- it was a tough workout, but she kept everyone motivated. The Studio manager was also really kind and welcoming -- I didn't catch his name, but he was gracious and patient.

The poses were quite challenging and the instructor was helpful in suggesting modifications. Also your studio is one of the few offering the Fusion class - apparently other Core Power studios have had trouble finding instructors who know the Fusion series.

Love having the heat back on! I would prefer the door to be closed to get the maximum benefit.
The place is clean, the teachers are good. Especially the ones that build up to a “peak” pose, a more difficult one and give time to play around. I’m trying to improve!
