Good intro experience
Hi - staff is very friendly. I did have to tell them it was my first time. I think C2 was too hard for a beginner as I was lost. The teacher did not come over and adjust my posture which was hard for me. I do like the environment and found it calming. Studio is nice. Another thing is that the class next to us was very loud so it was hard to focus.
Daphne’s classes are awesome
I go to the studios in SB, but had an excuse to check out this space during a recent SF trip. Loved the studio, loved the instructor. It was small, but it made it feel more homey.
Love sculpt
I was there for the instructor training class where each student taught for a part of the class. Everyone did a great job and there was such positive energy with the group. It’s exactly the type of environment you’d want from a yoga studio. I know that wasn’t a standard class but it shows the support and skill coming into the next round of instructors. As for the location it was a nice space and set up well.
Ariana, the instructor for the sculpt class on 11/10/21 at 7:30 pm was incredible!! She had incredible energy and enthusiasm, and she was a fantastic motivator. I couldn’t help but smile during the class because her smile was contagious! She had great music selection, too! This was a great experience for my first class, and I can’t wait to return! I’ve told all my friends about this class!

This was my first in person exercise class since the pandemic started. I felt like the safety measures were great and having it a vaccination only studio makes me more likely to return. The class itself was fantastic and it really inspired me to continue with my practice.

My first time at CorePower Yoga was a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped in, I felt very comfortable and happy in the environment. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly. My instructor was also very kind, and made everyone in the class feel comfortable by cheering on individuals who were doing well and consistently pushing themselves. I would highly recommend CorePower Yoga to others, even if it is their first time or are beginners! :)
Compact, yoga + workout.
Mission Bay location also had ample sanitary accessories, like stuff to clean our yoga matt afterwards (paper wipes, sanitary water), which was great, compared to NoPa location (only water and tissue).
Tiffany at Nob Hill is amazing!!!!!!! She warmed up the room and had the best workout ever! Her sculpt class is super!
My first class at the Marina as I was in SF for the weekend, Emma Fa was very nice and taught a great sculpt class.

I am so excited to be back - I just renewed my membership! CPY was my home pre Covid and it feels great to be home :)
