The wax was very painless and thorough. The environment was clean. The therapist was running a bit late but she came out and apologised. Overall a really enjoyable experience- which I didn’t think was possible with a wax!

in the past, I’ve come home from Hollywood waxes and had to finish the rest off myself, which completely defeated the point! My appointment yesterday was seamless, professional front of house and great service in the treatment too. Hot wax is so much more comfortable than strip wax. I will definitely be back, thank you!

Would not recommend anywhere else to get waxed other than NKD. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and all staff are trained on the same professional level.
