Great customer service. Always feel welcome in the salon from the reception desk to the treatment room. All staff are friendly and thorough at their jobs.

The therapist was so lovely and made me feel at ease (it was my first time). It is slightly expensive for what it is, hence my rating.

I’ve been coming to NKD for years, albeit irregularly, and this was my first wax with Mihaela. Mihaela did a fab job and I’ll definitely be requesting her next time! Even though I’ve been waxing for years now, I liked the way she talked me through what she was doing and why, cleansing, wiping with oil etc. this made me feel more relaxed in general and confident in Mihaela’s ability from the start.
