Dependable & efficient!
I pay for housekeeping for my father who is 91. He loves Christine and Haley. Two other girls showed up and he was so disappointed and complained they did not clean well. I called Merry Maids and requested that only Christine and Haley go and I had them send Christine and Haley to clean. Merry Maids is flexible and we confirmed his schedule so that he is prepared for them.
Both of the workers that came to my help were a pleasure to have. They worked extremely hard the entire time, while being friendly and courteous. If this wasn’t a move out cleaning, I would definitely to have them come back.
The Joe Team was absolutely amazing and the house felt good for our move in after our closing. They showed care and dedication the entire time they prep the house for move in.

Retaining staff seems a challenge for your firm. New staff members can’t know the little specific expectations our the homeowner. Little things like what to clean or not to seems to be a continuing issue

For most part they did an ok job I specifically asked them to do microwave under side grease was not touched or filter cleaned? Some inside wood shelves were left unwiiped do to fact a piece of paper was still in same place. Also inside bathcabinet was not wiped at all?
Base boards corners still had soiled areas and I had to go use a small brush on certain areas all over of base board.
I ask for intact screen to be cleaned - never touched the drops from their cleaning clothes left a spot on floor that could have easily been wiped up???
